Frequently Asked Questions

Why is TRON Lightcycle Run so hard to get?

As the newest attraction at Magic Kingdom, TRON has extremely high demand. The ride also has a lower hourly capacity than many other attractions, making Lightning Lane spots scarce.

Does TRON have a Virtual Queue?

TRON previously used Virtual Queue but now operates with standby and Lightning Lane only. This makes getting a Lightning Lane even more competitive.

What are the height requirements for TRON?

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall. The seating position (leaning forward on a motorcycle-style seat) may not be comfortable for all guests, and there are a few regular seats available in each train.

When does TRON Lightning Lane become available?

Lightning Lane purchases open at 7 AM. Additional slots may open throughout the day due to ride downtime recovery or cancellations.
